Welcome to Anoraa – Elegance of Jaipur (“Anoraa”, “we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, online store, social media pages, and any other platform where we sell or promote our products (collectively, the “Platform”).
By accessing or using our Platform, or by placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Platform.

Nature of Business: Women’s clothing brand specialising in kurta sets (3-piece), anarkalis and premium suit sets.

2. Eligibility to Use
By using our Platform, you confirm that:

You are using the Platform under the supervision of a parent/guardian who accepts these Terms on your behalf.
We reserve the right to deny access or cancel orders if we believe these conditions are not met.
3. Account Registration
- You may be required to create an account to place orders or access certain features.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activities under your account.

4. Product Information & Availability
- We specialise in Jaipur-inspired women’s ethnic wear including kurta sets, anarkalis and premium suits.
- We strive to display product colours, fabrics and details as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in colour, print, or finish may occur due to lighting, screen resolution, or handmade processes.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or limit quantities of any product at any time.
5. Pricing, Taxes & Payments
- All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as specified on the Platform.
- We reserve the right to change prices, offers, and discounts at any time without prior notice.
- You agree to provide correct and complete payment information at the time of purchase.
- Payments may be accepted via credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, cash on delivery (if available), or any other methods displayed at checkout.

Payment processing is handled by third-party payment gateways. Anoraa does not store your full card/banking details.
If a transaction appears suspicious or invalid, we reserve the right to cancel the order and/or block the user.
6. Order Acceptance & Cancellation
a) Order Confirmation
- After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email/WhatsApp/SMS (as applicable). This indicates that we have received your order, not that it has been finally accepted.

We reserve the right to accept or reject your order, in whole or in part, for reasons including but not limited to stock unavailability, payment issues, pricing errors, or address-related issues.
b) Order Cancellation by Anoraa
We may cancel your order if:
- The product is out of stock
- There is an error in pricing or product information
- Payment is not authorised or fails
- The delivery address is incomplete, incorrect, or service is unavailable in that pincode

The order appears fraudulent or in violation of these Terms
In such cases, any amount paid will be refunded to your original payment method or as per our refund practice.
c) Order Cancellation by Customer
- Cancellation by you is only possible before dispatch, subject to our confirmation.

Once the order is shipped, cancellation may not be possible and the regular return process will apply.
7. Shipping & Delivery
- We deliver to selected pincodes within India (and to international destinations if mentioned on the Platform).
- Estimated delivery timelines are shown at checkout or communicated via order updates; these are indicative and may vary due to courier or external factors.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided by you.

In case of incorrect or incomplete address details provided by you, re-delivery charges may apply.
8. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Our Easy Return & Refund Policy is an integral part of these Terms.
a) Return Eligibility
- Products must be unused, unwashed, unworn
- All tags, labels and original packaging must be intact
- Return request should be raised within the time period mentioned in our Return Policy (e.g., 7 days from delivery)

Certain categories such as customised/altered items may be non-returnable
b) Defective / Damaged / Wrong Product – Mandatory Opening Video
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product:
📹 You must record a clear, continuous video while opening the parcel – starting from the outer courier package until the product is fully opened and the defect/damage is visible.
This video is mandatory for processing claims of damage/defect.
Without this video, Anoraa reserves the right to reject damage/defect claims, as it becomes difficult to verify whether the issue occurred before or after delivery.
c) Refund Timeline
- Refunds are processed after we receive and quality-check the returned product.
- Once approved, refunds will be initiated to your original payment method (or as store credit, if applicable).

Please allow up to 10 working days from QC approval for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank/payment provider.

9. Intellectual Property
- All content on the Platform— including logos, brand name “Anoraa – Elegance of Jaipur”, product images, designs, graphics, text, layouts, and other materials — is owned by or licensed to Anoraa.
- You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.
10. User Content (Reviews, Photos, Testimonials)
If you:
- Post a review
- Share photos wearing Anoraa outfits

Tag us on social media and grant us permission to use your content
You grant Anoraa a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, display, and share such content on our Platform and marketing channels (online and offline), with or without credit, as appropriate.
You confirm that:
- The content is your own or you have the right to share it

It does not infringe anyone’s rights or contain offensive/illegal material
We may remove or refuse to display any user content at our discretion.
11. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform or other user accounts
- Interfere with or disrupt the Platform’s functioning
- Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without permission

13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Anoraa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Platform or purchase/use of our products.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to your use of the Platform or purchase of products shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that specific order.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Anoraa, its owners, employees, partners and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of:
- Your use of the Platform
- Any violation of these Terms

15. Force Majeure
We shall not be responsible for any delay or failure in performance (including shipping or delivery) resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, war, strikes, government orders, pandemics, or failures of logistic partners, internet, or telecommunications.

We may update or modify these Terms from time to time.
The revised Terms will be posted on the Platform with an updated “Last updated” date.
Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
