Anoraa – Elegance of Jaipur
At Anoraa – Elegance of Jaipur (“Anoraa”, “we”, “us”, “our”), we aim to ensure that your favourite kurta sets, anarkalis and premium suits reach you safely and on time. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship and deliver your orders.
1. Shipping Locations
- We currently ship to major pincodes across India through trusted courier partners.

International shipping (if applicable) will be mentioned separately on our website / social media pages.
If your pincode is not serviceable at checkout, you can contact us and we will try to assist wherever possible.
2. Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days from the date of order confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends/public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

During festive seasons, sales, or special launches, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.
You will receive an update when your order is confirmed and another when it is shipped.
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery timelines (within India):
- Metro & Tier-1 cities: 3–7 working days from dispatch

Other locations: 5–10 working days from dispatch
These are approximate timelines and may vary due to courier delays, remote locations, weather conditions, strikes, or other factors beyond our control.
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at the checkout page before you complete your order.

We may offer free shipping above a certain order value or during special promotions (as mentioned on the website/social media).
Any additional charges such as octroi, local taxes, or entry fees (if applicable in your state/city) may have to be borne by the customer as per local laws.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD) (If Applicable)
If Cash on Delivery is available:
- COD may be offered only on selected pincodes and order values.
- A nominal COD charge may apply and will be shown at checkout.
- Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.

Repeated COD order rejections may lead to restrictions on placing future COD orders.

6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped:
- You will receive a tracking link or AWB number via SMS/WhatsApp/email (as applicable).

You can track the shipment directly on the courier partner’s website/app using the tracking number.
If you face any issue tracking your order, you can contact us with your Order ID.
7. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Please ensure that:

Your name, address, pincode, and mobile number are correct and complete at the time of placing the order.
If a delivery fails because of:
- incorrect/incomplete address
- Repeated attempts by the courier with no response

Wrong contact number
then:
- The order may be returned to us by the courier.

Re-shipping may be done at an additional shipping cost, if you wish to receive the parcel again.
We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
8. Multiple Items in an Order
If you have ordered multiple products:
- They may sometimes be shipped in separate parcels, depending on availability, location, or courier constraints.

Shipping charges (if any) will still be as per the original order at checkout, not per parcel.
9. Tampered / Opened Package at Delivery
If you receive a courier package that appears:
- Torn, tampered, re-taped, or

Opened or in visibly damaged condition
we request you to:
- Do not accept the package, or
- Accept only after taking clear photos and videos of the outer parcel, and

Immediately inform us with the images and details.
This helps us take up the matter with the courier partner and support you properly.
10. Damaged / Defective / Wrong Product Inside
For product-level issues (damage, defect, wrong item):
📹 As mentioned in our Return Policy, please record a continuous opening video while unboxing the parcel – from the outer courier package till the product is fully visible and the issue is clearly shown.
- Share this video with us along with your Order ID and photos.

Our team will review and guide you through the return/exchange process as per our Easy Return & Refund Policy.
11. Shipping Delays
While we work with reliable courier partners and try our best to ensure timely delivery, certain delays may occur due to:
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays / festivals
- Strikes / lockdowns

Operational issues at courier end
In such cases, we will support you with updated information wherever possible, but Anoraa will not be liable for any consequential loss arising due to delays beyond our control.
12. International Shipping (If Applicable)
If/when we offer international shipping:
- Duties, customs and import taxes may be payable by the customer as per the rules of the destination country.
