At Anoraa, we want you to feel completely satisfied with your purchase. If something doesn’t feel right, we’re here to help with a simple and transparent return process.

1. Eligibility for Return

You can request a return if:

  • The product is unused, unwashed and unworn
  • All tags, labels, and original packaging are intact
  • Return is requested within 7 days of the delivery date
  • The product is not a “final sale” / non-returnable item (such as customised/altered pieces, if applicable)

2. Damaged / Defective Product – Mandatory Opening Video

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong product, please follow this important step:📹 Mandatory:
  • Make a clear, continuous video while opening the parcel – from the moment you start opening the outer courier package until the product is fully visible.

The video should clearly show:

  1. The outer courier package with label
  2. The Anoraa packaging
  3. The process of opening the package without cuts/pauses
  4. The defect or damage clearly visible on the product

This video helps us:

  • Verify courier damages vs manufacturing issues
  • Process your claim faster
  • Avoid misuse of the returns facility
  • Without this opening video, damage/defect claims may not be accepted.

3. How to Raise a Return Request

To initiate a return:

  • Opening video (in case of damage/defect/wrong product)

       Our team will review your request and confirm:

  • Whether the return is approved
  • Mode of return (pickup / self-courier)

4. Return Pickup / Self-Courier

  • In most pincodes, we will arrange a courier pickup from your address.
  • Where pickup is not available, we may request you to self-ship the parcel to our address. In such cases, keep the courier receipt safely.
  • Please pack the product securely in the original packaging to avoid damage in transit.

5. Refund Timeline –

10 Days Once the returned product reaches us and passes quality check, we will process your refund.

  • Refund will be initiated to your original payment method (or as store credit, if you prefer, or as per platform rules)
  • Please allow up to 10 working days from the date of QC approval for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank/payment provider
  • We will keep you updated via WhatsApp/email during this process.

6. Non-Returnable Items (Optional – Edit as per your rules)

The following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Products bought in clearance / final-sale offers
  • Products showing signs of use, damage, stains, perfume, or wash
