ANORA – Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your ANORA purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your order as per the following policy.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns/exchanges are accepted within 2 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

  • Items purchased on sale or clearance may not be eligible for returns.

  • Returns are not accepted for customized or altered products.

2. Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact our support team at infoanora4@gmail.com with your order details.

  2. Approval & Pickup: Once approved, we will arrange a return pickup or provide the return address.

  3. Quality Check: Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it.

  4. Exchange/Refund Processing: After approval, exchanges or refunds will be processed.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued as store credit or back to the original payment method (as per the customer's preference).

  • Processing Time: Refunds may take 5-7 business days after approval.

  • Shipping Charges: Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

4. Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with pictures. We will replace it at no extra cost or offer a full refund.

5. Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch.

  • If an order is shipped, cancellation are not allowed.
