3. Orders & Payments

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

• Delivery timelines vary based on location and courier services.

• Shipping fees, if any, will be mentioned at checkout.

5. Returns & Exchanges

• Returns/exchanges are accepted within 2 days of delivery for unused, unwashed items with original tags.

• Refunds are issued as store credit or back to the original payment method, as per our policy.

• Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

6. Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
